  • Job Description

    - Customer Complaint Lifecycle: Act as the primary interface for customer quality issues; lead investigations, coordinate containment, and drive structured problem-solving (8D, RCA, 5 Why) to closure.
    - Task Force Leadership: Lead cross-functional task force teams to resolve critical quality issues and prevent recurrence.
    - APQP & PPAP Support: Support product validation, testing, customer approvals, and engineering changes according to customer-specific requirements.
    - QMS & Audits: Maintain work instructions, quality documentation, and support customer/internal audits in compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
    - At least 3–5 years experience in Customer Quality (CQE) or Quality Engineering within a manufacturing plant.
    - Proven experience in hands-on 8D problem-solving and customer complaint handling.
    - Have knowledge of Quality Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP).
    - Have knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards.
    - Business skill in English
