    - Incident Management: Drive action plans for Supplier & Customer Related Incidents (SRI/CRI).
    - 8D Reporting: Monitor and close supplier 8D reports on time (<60 days) using global tools like SupplyOn.
    - Systems & Compliance: Maintain work processes in compliance with ISO/IATF16949 and Bosch Quality Systems; assist in internal/external audits.
    - Operations: Coordinate team skill matrices and utilize SAP for quality process monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
    - At least 5 years experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) specifically within automotive manufacturing.
    - Have knowledge of strong training in APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and VDA.
    - Have knowledge of solid understanding of ISO/IATF16949, ISO9000, and ISO14001.
    - Business skill in English
