  • Job Description

    - Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve both team and individual sales targets.
    - Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to maximize revenue.
    - Drive project sales, particularly within government organizations and public sector projects.
    - Set sales direction across different market segments and monitor team KPIs.
    - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance presentations for management.
    - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular client visits.
    - Resolve sales-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
    - Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management.
    - At least 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably government projects.
    - Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    - Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
    - Able to work Monday–Friday and one Saturday per month.
