  • Job Description

    - Oversee and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and employment regulations.
    - Manage overall human resources administration and employee relations activities.
    - Handle Social Security Fund registration, contributions, claims, and related compliance matters.
    - Coordinate and manage activities related to the Department of Skill Development and employee training requirements.
    - Liaise with government authorities and external agencies on HR and labor-related matters.
    - Administer compensation and wage management processes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
    - Manage payroll operations, salary reviews, annual performance evaluations, and related HR processes.
    - Coordinate and organize internal meetings, management meetings, and other company events as required.
    - Review, update, and improve company rules, regulations, employee handbook, and HR policies to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
    - Handle personal income tax matters for employees and expatriate executives, including tax-related documentation and compliance.
    - Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records as required.
    - Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
    - Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Administration.
    - Experience working with Thai labor laws, employment regulations, social security, compensation and benefits administration, and employee welfare programs, demonstrated through work experience.
    - Business-level English (written and spoken) and Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above.
    - Valid driver's license for both car and motorcycle and access to a personal vehicle for business travel when required.
