    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development
    - Drive sales activities for Green Industrial Solution products and services.
    - Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
    - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions.
    - Present products, solutions, and project proposals to clients.

    Technical Consultation & Project Management
    - Conduct site visits and gather technical information required for solution design and proposal preparation.
    - Coordinate project activities from initial customer engagement, proposal submission, quotation, negotiation, project award, installation, and final handover.
    - Act as a trusted advisor by providing technical consultation and answering customer inquiries throughout the sales process.
    - Ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations and project objectives.

    Customer Relationship Management
    - Serve as the key contact point between customers and internal teams.
    - Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up activities.
    - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business.

    Cross-Functional Coordination
    - Work closely with internal departments including Sales Support, Accounting, Technical, and Procurement teams.
    - Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
    - Support internal process improvements and contribute to overall business development initiatives.

    Market Intelligence
    - Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
    - Provide market insights and recommendations to support business strategy and sales planning.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Project Sales, or related positions.
    - Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate solutions to customers.
    - Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
    - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    - Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
    - Able to travel for customer visits and project activities.
    - Experience in environmental solutions, industrial systems, engineering projects, utilities, water treatment, energy, or related industries will be an advantage.
