  • Job Description

    - Establish operational goals and plans aligned with company policies and objectives
    - Manage and control production operations to achieve targets in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety
    - Ensure adequate resources, manpower, equipment, and materials are available to meet production requirements
    - Develop and strengthen the competencies of subordinates to support future business growth
    - Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
    - Ensure compliance with company regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements
    - Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management or a related field.
    - Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
    - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the die casting process.
    - Proven experience at the management level, with strong leadership and team management skills.
    - Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, production management, and quality control would be an advantage.
