  • Job Description

    【Job summary】
    - Handle monthly and annual closing processes.
    - Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
    - Review General Ledger (GL), perform bank reconciliations, and prepare/review journal entries.
    - Manage monthly tax filings (e.g., PND forms, PP.30 VAT filing, etc.).
    - Support half-year and annual corporate tax filings.
    - Handle DBD e-Filing and XBRL submission requirements.
    - Coordinate with external auditors and review draft audited financial statements.
    - Review payroll processing, personal income tax, and social security-related matters.
    - Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, collections, and payment processes.
    - Manage petty cash, document control, and support banking-related procedures.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree in accounting field
    - A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience is required
    - Experience in monthly closing, tax clearance or payroll is required
    - Communication in English
    - CPD license

    【Advantage】
    - Have experience in an accounting firm would be a big plus
    - Have work experience in Japanese company
