  • Job Description

    • Handle sales activities and sales coordination, mainly for Japanese clients.
    • Find new leads, approach potential clients, make sales proposals, and close sales.
    • Prepare quotations for logistics services, including Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Cross-Border Transportation.
    • Support and respond to bidding processes.
    • Create and prepare accurate presentation materials for clients.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Assist in handling high-level or difficult customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
    • Evaluate clients’ current supply chain processes and propose more efficient logistics solutions.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - At least 3 years of experience as a Salesperson, Sales Coordinator, or in a related role in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry
    - Experience dealing with Japanese clients
    - Good understanding of freight rates, Incoterms, customs clearance, and warehouse management
    - Business-level spoken and written English
    - Own a car and hold a valid driving license

    - Cost of Living Allowance: THB 1,500 per month
