• Job Description

  Product Development
  - Lead the development of new Wheel Rim and Tire Wheel Assembly products from concept to production launch.
  - Manage product design activities including 2D/3D modeling, engineering calculations, and technical specifications.
  - Develop innovative products that meet customer requirements and market demands.
  - Drive product localization and cost reduction initiatives.
  
  Design & Engineering
  - Review and approve engineering drawings, design specifications, and product documentation.
  - Conduct design verification and validation activities.
  - Perform load analysis, structural assessment, and product performance evaluations.
  - Collaborate with customers on technical requirements and design reviews.
  
  Product Testing & Validation
  - Develop and manage product testing programs.
  - Oversee laboratory and field-testing activities.
  - Ensure compliance with international standards and customer specifications.
  - Analyze test results and implement design improvements.
  
  Materials & Manufacturing Development
  - Evaluate new materials, manufacturing technologies, and production processes.
  - Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to improve product manufacturability.
  - Support process development for rim rolling, welding, forming, machining, painting, and wheel assembly operations.
  
  Project Management
  - Manage new product development projects and customer programs.
  - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  - Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
  
  Team Leadership
  - Lead and develop the R&D team to achieve business objectives.
  - Coach engineers and technical staff to strengthen technical competencies.
  - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
