Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct price comparisons
- Purchase assembly components, materials, and supplies based on production requirements
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
- Conduct incoming inspections of purchased materials and components
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality, specifications, and delivery issues
- Monitor supplier performance and support corrective actions when necessary
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Support inventory control and stock management activities
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor's Degree
- Over 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement of assembly parts
- Basic understanding of conduct incoming inspections of purchased materials and components
- Coversational English skill
- Holding driver license, Own a car
