  • Job Description

    - Supervise daily service operations and manage team performance efficiently
    - Coordinate between customers, technicians, service teams, spare parts, and related departments
    - Ensure service quality, repair standards, and vehicle delivery processes meet company expectations
    - Handle customer complaints and provide effective problem resolution
    - Drive service department sales and support long-term customer relationship development
    - Prepare KPI and management reports for leadership review

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields preferred
    - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial vehicle service operations / service center management
    - Experience in truck business (Isuzu, Hino) or construction machinery
    - Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
    - Able to work well under pressure
    - Valid driving license required
