• Job Description

  Data Management & Reporting:
  • Collect and manage sales and marketing data to prepare comprehensive reports for Management Level presentation.
  • Utilize statistical tools and advanced Excel formulas to analyze market trends and sales performance.
  • Audit and maintain Data Integrity to ensure the highest level of accuracy across all reports.
  
  Production Planning & Inventory Support:
  • Closely monitor and plan product shelf-life/aging to calculate optimal order quantities and safety stock.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with the Production Department to track production status in alignment with Customer Orders.
  • Manage timelines effectively to prevent stockouts or overstocking, ensuring on-time delivery.
  
  Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Production departments.
  • Inform and Remind relevant stakeholders regarding progress, critical updates, or potential issues.
  • Communicate with business partners or internal departments in English as assigned.
