  • Job Description

    - Arrange ocean export and import shipments as Customer Service
    - Coordinate with the Assistant Manager and CS Supervisor to resolve operational issues
    - Record sales and costs in the system, and issue invoices and payment requests via the operations system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - 3+ years' working experience in the freight forwarding business, with sea freight (export and import)
    - Experience with sea freight operations, including ocean freight, customs clearance, inland transportation, and issuing Form CO and JTEPA
    - Business-level English communication skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office
