Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and retail expansion plans.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning for retail stores, head office, and operational functions.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement activities, and disciplinary processes to maintain a positive working environment.
- Manage performance management systems, succession planning, and talent development programs.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in fashion retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or consumer businesses.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and multi-store workforce management.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, labor law, and organizational development.English Level
