    Handle documentation and operations for quotations; issue purchase orders (POs) and invoices.
    Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery; follow up on import/export processes.
    Coordinate with Japan HQ.
    Manage the customer database.
    Input sales-related data and support reporting for the sales team.

Qualifications

    - Bachelor’s degree
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
    - English Communication level
