  • Job Description

    - Design and develop control programs (Logic Design) utilizing PLC and HMI systems specifically for BESS operations.
    - Implement and manage communication protocols, including Modbus RTU/TCP and CAN Bus.
    - Oversee and fine-tune the performance of Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
    - Manage SCADA/EMS systems for real-time data acquisition and performance analysis.
    - Conduct research and performance testing on batteries (Capacity Test) using industrial-grade equipment such as DC Electronic Loads.
    - Perform technical diagnostics and resolve hardware/software issues within the control systems.
    - Prepare technical documentation, including Wiring Diagrams, Register Maps, and comprehensive R&D Reports.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field.
    - 2-6 years of professional experience in Automation, Power Systems, or the Renewable Energy industry, including PLC programming and HMI design.
    - 2-6 years of hands-on experience with industrial communication interfaces such as Modbus, CAN Bus, and RS485.
    - 2-6 years of practical experience working with LFP batteries, battery management systems (BMS), and hybrid/high-voltage (HV) inverters.
