Job Description
• Handle fabric samplings
• Prepare shipments for delivery
• Responsible for documentary work; prepare and check shipping documents
• Coordinate with shipping for import and export process
• Collect and input data in SAP or company system
• Organize and file documents
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
• Male or Female, Age not over 30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or any related fields
• Able to start working immediately
• Good command of both written and spoken in English
【Advantage】
• Experiences or knowledge in SAP system will be advantage
• Experiences or knowledge in shipping and logistics are preferable
• Experiences or knowledge in fabric or textile business will be advantage
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good team player and able to work independently and proactively with a good attitudeEnglish Level
