    1 Mastering the sales management system.
    2 Order confirmations (acknowledgements), purchasing, and invoicing.

    4 Drafting and preparation of commercial documents.
    5 Addressing compliance issues related to customs, chemicals, environment, ethics, etc.
    6 Addressing registration or licensing issues with MOI, MOD, BOI, etc.
    7 Making insurance claims.
    8 Crediting and debiting.
    9 Organizing and managing business documents.
    10 Other assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - Business-level English for interviews, email, and document communication
    - Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support; experience at a trading firm preferred

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
