    • Manage and supervise the civil quantity take-off and cost estimation team
    • Prepare quantity take-offs and calculate quantities (Quantity Take-off) and verify the accuracy of estimate items
    • Review project drawings and project documentation to prepare civil work budgets
    • Coordinate with relevant departments and report results to management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil quantity take-off and cost estimation
    • Possession of Engineering License (ใบ กว.)
    • Demonstrated experience managing a quantity take-off and estimation team
