    - Coordinate with internal departments such as Logistics, Accounting, and Warehouse to ensure smooth sales operations
    - Plan purchasing activities to maintain inventory levels in accordance with company policy
    - Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales reports, including Sales Reports, Forecasts, and Performance Summaries
    - Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction to support continuous service improvement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain Management, or related field
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support or Coordination
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MRP system
    - Able to drive with a valid driving license
