Job Description
【Responsibilities】
- Maintain existing customers (mainly overseas)
- Maintain regular customer contact and conduct on-site visits
- Review forecasts and secure new purchase orders and project developments
- Build trusted customer relationships to obtain NPI sample requests and new purchase orders
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share and sales
- Continue learning about products and market trends
- Support leaders, managers, and team members
- Identify new projects with current customers and pursue new customers
- Support customer requests
- Communicate with overseas factories about delivery, quality, and documentation
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about delivery and quality issues
- Prepare sales plans and business plans
- Perform other assignments as instructed by the leader or manager
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or JLPT N1 (for internal and client communication)
- English: Business-level proficiency
[Advantage]
- Experience in B2B sales, including new client acquisition and business development
- Experience in new product development or project-based sales
- Marketing experienceEnglish Level
