  • Job Description

    • Manage and supervise the team responsible for payroll processing and employee compensation payments.
    • Oversee the organization’s payroll operations, ensuring salary payments, expenses, and payroll taxes are processed accurately and on time.
    • Develop and improve the payroll system and related programs.
    • Accurately process salaries, income, overtime payments, and statutory deductions/taxes through the payroll system.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll processing or payroll management.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, taxation, and relevant labor laws.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
    • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
