【業務内容】
・新規製品の立ち上げ
・自動検査機、組み立て機の構想の考案
・日本の技術者との調整
・生産計画の策定と実行のサポート
・工場スタッフの管理と指導
・不良低減、タクト短縮、工程能力向上、作業標準整備
・設備導入・改造、トラブル対応、保全計画
・品質管理プロセスの監視と改善
・安全基準の遵守と安全文化の推進

・PLCの知識
・自動車免許（通勤に必要なため）
・工場での勤務経験
