Job Description
The QA Executive is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving food safety and quality systems in compliance with international standards. This role ensures product quality, regulatory compliance, supplier quality assurance, and customer satisfaction across regional export markets.
1. Quality System Management
Implement, maintain, and improve quality management systems including:
- BRC
- ISO 9001:2015
- GMP
- HACCP
- Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten-Free standards
- Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits
2. Supplier Quality Assurance
- Perform supplier audits for packaging and raw material suppliers in Thailand and overseas
- Verify supplier quality documentation and compliance standards
3. Customer Quality Management
- Handle customer complaints across regional markets including Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Vietnam
- Manage customer questionnaires for both company and supplier facilities
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain quality documentation and registration records
- Issue quality certificates such as Aflatoxin and food safety certificates
- Manage product registration with Thai FDA
5. Product & Technical Quality Control
- Maintain rice sample banks for multiple export markets
- Develop and maintain technical specifications for rice varieties
- Conduct regular product testing based on internal programs and customer requirements
- Support validation programs for CCP and raw materials
6. Traceability & Quality Programs
- Manage mock recall and traceability systems
- Maintain calibration plans for quality equipment
- Support packaging development from a quality perspective
7. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare quality reports and updates for management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Report directly to Senior Manager and Assistant Manager
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in QA, QC, or R&D within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of international food safety standards:
GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal, Kosher, Organic, ISO 9001
- Good command of English for communication with foreign auditors and customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skillsEnglish Level
