Job Description
Job Responsibilities (Hard Skills – HR / People Management)
- Plan and drive HR strategy aligned with company business goals
- Develop and manage HR systems including organization structure, KPI, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits
- Improve HR policies and processes to support company growth
- Manage employee relations and promote a positive organizational culture
- Act as a strategic HR partner and advisor to management
Qualifications
Requirement
- Proven experience in HRM (Human Resource Management)
- Experience managing HR systems in growing or scale-up organizations
- Strong understanding of team expansion and long-term people management
- Ability to design HR structures aligned with business direction
- Experience covering Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement (preferred)
- Strategic mindset in People Strategy and strong collaboration with executives
Soft Skills (Highly Valued)
- Strong people understanding with big-picture thinking
- Clear communication, leadership ability, and confident decision-making
- Able to work well under pressure and manage challenging situations
- Analytical thinking with long-term impact awareness
