Job Description
. Responsibility
-Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating with internal (Sales team, Businss Development, Regional Business Units) and external (vendor) to do plan, coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns (digital & physical) for branding, product/sales promotion.
-The duties include researching , analysis & management of data from campaign results , creating analysis reports, from activities and support company’s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity.
2. Company & Product Strategy
-Understand Murata's product and sales strategies.
-Strengthen Murata presence in Thailand by exploring, prospecting new customers prospect through executing inbound/ outbound marketing initiatives.
3. Marketing Specialist Activity
-Understand market situation, forecasts market trends , provides market analysis and recommendations to Sales team to do execution to meet the company’s goals.
-Support to create marketing strategy and activity management by collaborating with related stakeholders to achieve company’s goal.
-Design and manage marketing campaigns through online & offline marketing channels and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute them.
-Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand/product and work with stakeholders to create content for social media and websites.
-Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.
-Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
-Analyzes sales and marketing key performance indicators through Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. Salesforce) and Marketing Automation software (e.g. Marketo)
-To do optimizing landing pages and user funnels
-Making Marketing Strategies by utilizing analysis frameworks (PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, BCG Matrix, Mckinsey 7S, SWOT, BMC, BSC, etc.)
-10 Collects, analyzes, and interprets data on consumers, competitors, and market trends to help companies make informed business decisions
4. Require 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate and Market Research Analyst

Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
-Experience in Marketing tools and knowledge of Social media platform utilization.
-Experience in Marketing Analysis or Marketing strategy
-Experience in Electronics Business Field is advantage
-Good Command in English with minimum Toeic Score 700 *pls attached TOEIC score if available.
-Computer ability in excel and PPT
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
-Highly organized and detail oriented.
