    Job Responsibilities
    • Plan and manage overall HRM strategy and operations.
    • Develop annual manpower planning and HR budget; oversee recruitment in line with organizational structure.
    • Lead proactive recruitment across multiple channels with clear target profiles.
    • Interview and participate in the selection of candidates for managerial-level and above positions.
    • Review and manage organizational structure and headcount.
    • Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance-based incentives.
    • Advise management and employees on HR policies and labor law compliance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, or related fields
    • Have working experience in Human Resources for at least 10 years
    • Have experience in team management and development
    • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
    • Good command of English both written and spoken
