  • Job Description

    • Complex Payroll Management: Manage and verify end-to-end payroll processes for both Thai and expatriate employees, handling complex compensation structures with multiple pay components.
    • Tax & Statutory Compliance: Calculate and validate statutory deductions, including withholding tax (PND.1), social security, provident fund, student loan fund (SLF), and other deductions, ensuring 100% legal accuracy and compliance.
    • Expat Compensation & Benefits: Manage expatriate compensation, benefits, and tax matters, including gross-up calculations, housing allowances, and customized benefit packages.
    • End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employment lifecycle, from drafting legally sound employment contracts and onboarding/offboarding processes to maintaining employee personal data and accurately calculating statutory severance payments.
    • HR & GA System Design for Growth: Support the design and development of end-to-end HR & GA systems with flexibility and standardization to accommodate organizational expansion and future business growth.
    • GM Support & Strategic Projects: Provide direct support to the General Manager on special projects and assigned management initiatives to ensure smooth and effective executive operations.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Assistant Manager, mainly in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits.
    • Strong payroll knowledge, including complex salary structures such as commissions, allowances, and incentives.
    • Basic knowledge of labor law, with the ability to check updates and apply them correctly in daily work.
    • Skilled in payroll systems and Excel for calculation and reporting.
    • Detail-oriented, fair, and trustworthy, with a high level of confidentiality.
    • Hands-on and flexible manager, able to work under pressure and drive tasks to completion.
    • Strong communication in English or Japanese when coordinating with expatriates and management.
