  Responsibility: Cross-border transactions such as M&A, joint ventures, and fundraising by utilizing practical knowledge covering Japan and Southeast Asia, as well as networks with business owners, executives, and experts.
  
  - Providing professional advice on M&A, joint ventures, and fundraising to clients based in Japan and Southeast Asia.
  - Offering strategic advice on clients' overseas business (expansion and business development).
  - Providing information on potential M&A targets and joint venture partners.
  - Advising on structure, transaction prices, and condition negotiations.
  - Supporting PMI (attending board meetings as PMO, etc.)
