  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. HR Operations & Administration
    -Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
    - Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with Thai labor law and company standards.
    - Supervise and support HR team members (2 staff), providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

    2. Recruitment & Talent Management
    - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both staff and management-level positions.
    - Collaborate with line managers to understand manpower needs and hiring requirements.
    - Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain suitable talent.

    3. Employee Relations & Communication
    - Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
    - Maintain healthy labor relations and handle employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and professional manner.
    - Promote clear communication between management and employees to foster a positive working environment.

    4. HR Planning, Policy & System Development
    - Design, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
    - Lead or support HR planning initiatives, including manpower planning, performance evaluation systems, compensation & benefits frameworks, and career development programs.
    - Continuously improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

    5. Compliance & Reporting
    - Ensure compliance with Thai labor law, social security regulations, and internal controls.
    - Prepare HR reports and provide analysis to management as required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree
    - Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Human Resources, with hands-on exposure to core HR functions
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Good command of English (Business Level)
    - Good communication skills

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in HR planning, HR policy development, system design, and implementation is highly preferred
    - Prior HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
    - Good problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
