• Job Description

  1. Oversee the entire production process, from raw material intake to finished product delivery, ensuring products meet established quality standards and production targets.
  2. Maintain and enforce operational standards across all production systems.
  3. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, occupational health standards, and company policies.
  4. Monitor product quality and analyze non-conforming products.
  5. Implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
  6. Lead ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste, minimizing downtime, and increasing overall production efficiency.
  7. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
  8. Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
  9. Prepare and present reports on operational performance, issues, and improvement actions to senior management.
  10. Lead, coach, and support production supervisors and teams to achieve performance objectives.
  11. Foster a performance-oriented and collaborative work environment.
  12. Evaluate employee performance during key operational events and routine assessments.
  13.Provide feedback, support development plans, and recommend training or corrective actions as needed.
