• Job Description

  1. Track and monitor the production process of orders, maintain effective communication with factories, and properly handle issues that arise during order operations.
  2. Verify details such as product quantity, deposit payment method, packaging requirements, price terms, destination port, delivery method, payment terms, inspection requirements, delivery date, and contract amount between purchase contracts and orders.
  3. Follow up and communicate contract modifications in case of customer contract changes.
  4. Confirm packaging details with factories in a timely manner, including spelling checks, specifications, barcode/item numbers, packaging illustrations (ensuring they match the actual product), carton dimensions, and packing quantities.
  5. Production follow-up: Monitor production progress and confirm delivery schedules.
  6. Handle inspection arrangements, shipment booking, shipping arrangements, container loading, bill of lading (B/L) confirmation, container tracking, preparation of negotiation documents, B/L follow-up, freight forwarder fee confirmation, document dispatch, invoicing notifications, and document returns.
  7. Assist sales representatives in customer relationship management and after-sales services
