  • Job Description

     Act as the primary contact for Japanese customers, handling inquiries related to production and shipping schedules.
     Coordinate with the Export Control team to arrange shipments as per customer specifications.
     Monitor order allocation and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
     Ensure shipments align with monthly sales targets.
     Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, shipments, and customer communications.
     Support any additional tasks related to sales coordination, logistics, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

     Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, or a related field (preferably with a focus on Japanese language studies).
     At least 28 years old.
     Experience in sales coordination, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
     Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
     Good command of English (spoken and written).
     Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
     Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email).
     Familiarity with SAP system is an advantage.
