  • Job Description

    - Control Japan export project (Order, Forecast, Delivery Timing etc.)
    - Summary shipment list to export team
    - Control PCR change and rundown for in-charge project
    - Control overall for information in ERP
    - Control overall for merchandise (Order, Forecast, Delivery Timing etc.)
    - Prepare quotation to customer
    - Confirm monthly stock with customer and update usage to supplier
    - Support sample part, prototype for headquarters
    - Summary sales report & receiving for merchandise to management
    - Summary price list
    - Coordinate with all internal concern departments to follow up or resolve issues
    - Other tasks as assignment

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Bachelor's degree any Field
    -2-3 years an experience for Sales Coodinator / Support
    -2 years experience working in automotive or electronics manufacturing industry
    -JLPT N2 (good communication) / N3 level is acceptable if studied in Japan.
    -English for communication level
    -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    -Have experience working in automotive for 2 years or electronics manufacturing industry
    -Capable of handling pressure well
    -Possess excellent negotiation and communication
    -Always ready to learn new things

    Knowledge :
    -Control overall for information in ERP
