  • Job Description

    - Manage and execute Modern Trade sales activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    - Handle key accounts in the FMCG beauty & skincare category, especially Modern Trade partners such as Watsons, Eveandboy, Beautrium, etc.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade buyers, category managers, and store partners.
    - Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and provide reports, forecasts, and insights for business decisions.
    - Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising) to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.
    - Track promotional activities, in-store visibility, and merchandising implementation.
    - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
    - Ensure timely execution of trading terms, promotions, and agreements with Modern Trade partners.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Experience in FMCG, preferably within beauty & skincare segment.
    - Preferred candidates: Those who have managed accounts such as Watsons, Eveandboy, Beautrium.
    - Strong Excel skills required (pivot table, vlookup, sumifs) candidates must complete an Excel test during the interview.
    - Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
    - Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
    - Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    - Conversational English communication for basic work interactions.
