  ** Obiective of job
  - Ensure Purchasing of indirect goods and services at optimum prices and quality.
  - Guides the supplier monitoring process in all departments.
  - Optimize and provide a stable and fast supply of demands of the company Group's Investment & Consumer Optimize and provide a stable and fast supply Goods (Indirect Material) with particular focus on cost reduction in regards to quality aspects and turn-around ands of the company Group's Investment & Consumer time.
  
  
  ** Principle activities
  
  - Supports in elaboration of cost, quality, warranty and purchasing related agreements with suppliers.
  - Monitoring the Thai supply market for indirect material and services.
  - Keep constant communication with management internal departments, to ensure smooth information flow and quickest turn-around time.
  - Management of purchasing aspects and demands for internal and external projects.
  - Request for quotes/comparison of offers/evaluation of offers for Investment & Consumer Goods with regard to price, quality, delivery performance and technology.
  - Take measures to reduce costs.
  - Identification and operation of cost analysis projects.
  - Creation of vendor relationships.
  - Strategically orientation of the commodity.
  - Supplier management and maintenance of supplier/contract information in PIP.
  - Participation in make-or/and buy-analyses and decisions.
  - Continuous process improvement (CIP)
  - Participate in Sourcing Committee.
  - Keep targets of department.
  - Development and optimization of the purchasing workflows.
