    • Place orders with suppliers.
    • Arrange shipping for customers and coordinate with shipping agents.
    • Input data into the system accurately.
    • Prepare sales documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, Quotations, and other related paperwork.
    • Handle general administrative tasks as required.
    • Maintain relationships with existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • Over 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in Import–Export within a trading company.
    • Good command of English (both spoken and written).

    Level 3 - Business Level

  • Other Language

    English
