  Trainer Job Description
  - Make Annual & Monthly Training plan base on Kose training policy and submit to Manager.
  - Control Training budget & cost
  - Assist Training team when doing all training classes, OJT and meeting with agency.
  - Monitor the effectiveness and quality of training programs and track each BC progression and report to manager.
  - Prepare learning materials, handouts, tools and manuals for training programs and workshops (including translate training document).
  - Help research new teaching technique and attend all international education conferences. ( Around once a month ).
  - Take care of BC “In” and “Out” and report direct to training manager for create new BC training class, while help follow-up new BC within their probation period & assist training manager when making on Kose & Decorte Monthly Reports.
  - Support beauty manager when organize BC Annual test plan & making instructional program for BC Annual Test.
