  • Job Description

    -Coordinate and monitor the preference of customers as assigned
    -Support and discuss any requirement with customers such as RFO, Specification and Technical Term
    -Regular call and visit customer to maintain a good relationship
    -Making an appointment, prepared any sales documents such as quotation and following - up quote
    -Coordinate Sales Terms with other Internally and Externally to support customers as needed
    -Issuing invoice, monthly billing CN/DN and collecting payment
    -Handled to prepare and summary sales forecasts from any customers (checking customers forecast)
    -Summary sales amount monthly report (by products & by customers)
    -Other sales tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    -Bachelor degree in any related field
    -At least 3 years of experience as Sales or Sales support in automotive industry
    -Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
    -Good command of English
    -Good computer skills (MS Office, Microsoft Word, Excel)

    [Advantage]
    Purchase experience in the automotive industry
