Job Description
Responsibilities:
HR Operations – Handle a wide range of HR-related tasks including recruitment, labor management, payroll processing, performance evaluation, and employee training & development.
General Affairs – Manage overall office administration, employee welfare programs, and internal company events to support a positive workplace environment.
Labor Law Compliance – Ensure company policies and HR practices comply with local labor regulations and support audits or inspections when required.
Internal and External Coordination – Liaise effectively with internal departments, external partners, and related organizations to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Manager Support and Team Supervision – Assist the HR & GA Manager in day-to-day operations, while providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
‐ Bachelor degree or above
- Communicative English
- At least 5 years of experience in HR fields and 3 years of experience in management
[Advantage]
- Experience in Japanese companyEnglish Level
