  • Job Description

    [Key Responsibilities]
    - Lead and manage engineering operations and improvement projects within the department.
    - Monitor the performance and reliability of rotating equipment and relevant systems.
    - Analyze vibration data, diagnose issues, and deliver corrective actions.
    - Review and interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance to the team.
    - Drive and implement Reverse Engineering initiatives to meet departmental objectives.
    - Oversee technical purchasing and supplier coordination for engineering-related items.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance, reliability, and engineering projects.
    - Introduce and implement process improvements and best practices.
    - Prepare technical reports and present recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment/mechanical systems in pump manufacturing or the pump industry.
    - Management experience
    - Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
    - Good command of English

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in project control or project engineering is an advantage.

    [Required Knowledge/Skill]
    - Strong knowledge of vibration analysis, troubleshooting, and condition monitoring.
    - Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
