  • Job Description

    - Coordinate architectural design work between clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant Thai authorities.
    - Prepare and review architectural drawings, technical documents, and permit application packages in accordance with local building codes.
    - Liaise with governmental departments (e.g., DPT, BMA, EIA offices) for design submissions, approvals, and construction permits.
    - Ensure project designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements while complying with safety and regulatory standards.
    - Support project managers in resolving on-site design and coordination issues throughout the construction process.
    - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, and interior) to maintain design integrity and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
    - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in design and coordination roles within the construction industry
    - Strong understanding of Thai building codes and permitting processes
    - Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
    - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

    【Advantage】
    - Knowledge of Data Centers is preferred (not mandatory, but prior experience is a significant advantage).
    - Proficiency in Chinese.
