• Job Description

  - Plan, control, and monitor product quality inspections throughout the production process and with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company requirements.
  - Coordinate with related departments such as Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure effective quality inspection and problem resolution.
  - Develop and continuously improve quality inspection processes to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and align with the company's quality policies and objectives.
  - Develop and manage supplier quality, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and providing guidance for quality improvements.
  - Supervise and monitor subordinates’ performance, providing consultation, guidance on problem-solving, and making appropriate decisions to support team effectiveness.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, in accordance with organizational goals and priorities.
