Job Description
- Take ownership of all aspects of the company’s daily operations, strategic direction, and overall performance, ensuring alignment with the CEO's vision.
- Develop and implement comprehensive, aggressive growth strategies focused on increasing sales and improving profit margins from existing projects
- Be fully accountable for the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L), including creating, managing, and optimizing budgets, driving efficiency, and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
- Conduct continuous analysis of competitors and market trends to ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage and implements effective new business strategies.
- Actively research, build, and maintain high-level, strategic partnerships with external organizations and key industry stakeholders to identify new project development opportunities and expand market reach.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team, ensuring all departmental goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee recruitment key talent and develop robust training programs to build capability, particularly in low-level managers and staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Establish performance metrics and evaluation processes for both individual productivity and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Generate comprehensive reports and deliver to the CEO on financial performance, strategic progress, and future forecasts.
- Extensive experience in the Digital Media Content, B2B, livestreaming, digital advertising, and influencer marketing or a related
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities..
- Superior relationship-building and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and scalable operational excellence.
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Direct experience with Business Sales and a demonstrated ability to scale companies, specifically managing and achieving revenue goals within the 10 Million to 100 Million revenue range.
- Expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including successful execution of Post-Merger Integration (PMI) processes.
- Deep financial acumen with mastery of P&L management, budgeting, and forecastingEnglish Level
