Job Description
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Conduct mid-month forecasts and quarterly financial reporting.
- Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to Management.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles, ideally within the vision care, healthcare, FMCG, or MNC sectors.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is required.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
