    We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Draftsperson to support architectural drawing production for high-end retail projects. This role involves close collaboration with our New York-based office to develop accurate and comprehensive construction documents for luxury retail environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Create precise and comprehensive construction documents using AutoCAD.
    - Develop detailed technical drawings for woodwork, millwork, and high-end storefronts.
    - Support architectural drawing work for flagship and boutique stores of luxury brands.
    - Collaborate closely with the New York project team to meet project milestones and maintain effective communication throughout the design and documentation process.
    - Ensure all drawing sets comply with industry standards, local building codes (as applicable to the project region), and specific client requirements.
    - Review, revise, and update drawings based on internal and client feedback, technical coordination, and ongoing project developments.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsperson, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in luxury retail build-outs or related fields.
    - Proficient in AutoCAD or/and Revit, 3D Max.
    - Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards and practices.
    - Ability to create accurate and detailed construction drawings.
    - Familiarity with architectural plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
    - Understanding of construction documentation and how to put a complete drawing set together.
    - Attention to detail and precision in drawing and dimensioning.
    - Effective communication skills for collaboration with architects and other team members.
    - Proficient in managing and organizing CAD files and project documentation.
    - Good to fluent in English.
