  • Job Description

    - Lead and guide the team in understanding current local market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
    - Identify, develop, and implement new insurance product lines tailored to client needs.
    - Collaborate with and negotiate agreements with business partners to secure optimal insurance packages.
    - Provide strategic advice to clients, keeping them informed of market conditions, pricing trends, and relevant updates.
    - Maintain strong, ongoing communication with practice offices, insurance providers, and key clients.
    - Supervise the business support team in monitoring product performance and gather feedback for improvement or product enhancement.
    - Ensure all client-facing communication is clear, accurate, and professional.
    - Manage team performance and workflow to meet deadlines and company objectives.
    - Take ownership of additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
    - Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in client services, financial brokerage, or related fields.
    - Strong command of both written and spoken English.
    - Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
    - Strategic thinking with a proactive and positive attitude.
    - Experience in life insurance is a strong advantage.
    - At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
