    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for software development projects.
    ● Monitor and evaluate project progress to ensure compliance with defined processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall), and industry standards. Conduct process audits, quality reviews, and compliance checks at different project stages.
    ● Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of requirements, designs, test evidence, and release approvals.
    ● Track and report quality metrics (e.g., defect density, compliance rate, process adherence).
    ● Identify risks, gaps, and areas of improvement in project workflows, and recommend corrective actions.
    ● Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality standards, compliance requirements, and documentation best practices.
    ● Act as a liaison between development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met. Support external/internal audits and ensure regulatory or contractual compliance is achieved.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:

    ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    ● 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, process management, or compliance in software development/IT projects.
    ● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    ● Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL). Excellent skills in documentation, reporting, and auditing.
    ● Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello).

    Advantage:
    ● Certification in Quality Management or Compliance (e.g., ISO Auditor, ISTQB, Six Sigma).
    ● Experience in risk management and governance frameworks.
    ● Exposure to regulatory standards (e.g., data privacy, information security).
