    [Job Summary]
    - Manage improvements related to filed quality problems with the appropriate department.
    - Provide status updates regarding field quality issues to overseas distributors in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Kenya, etc.
    - Visit overseas distributors of company for problem investigation and clarification.
    - Investigate problem vehicles to identify the root cause.
    - Communicate daily with related departments regarding countermeasures and investigations.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is required.
    - Experience in quality assurance (QA) is necessary.
    - Skills in automotive engineering are essential.
    - Communication skill in English
    - Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
