Job Description
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand visibility, drive traffic to our platforms, and enhance customer engagement.
2. Content Creation:
Design, write, and publish high-quality content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Line Official, and promotional materials. Tailor content to different customer segments and marketing channels.
3. Social Media Management:
Oversee the company’s presence across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create content calendars, monitor trends, engage with followers, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
4. Online Reputation Management:
Respond to online customer reviews on platforms like Google Reviews, LINEMAN, and GRAB. Manage the company’s digital reputation by addressing feedback, resolving complaints, and promoting positive customer experiences.
5. Collaboration with Store Teams:
Work closely with store teams and business partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives, seasonal promotions, new product launches, and special events.
6. SEO & Paid Search Campaigns:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine ranking. Manage paid search campaigns (social media ads, etc.) to maximize return on investment (ROI) and increase visibility.
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using marketing tools and analytics platforms. Provide insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in marketing performance.
8. Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and the catering industry. Apply this knowledge to enhance campaigns and ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Proficient in content creation, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media ad platforms).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
• Experience with managing online reviews and digital reputation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams, including store teams and business partners.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to execute ideas independently.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to optimize campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the catering or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising tools.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) for creating promotional materials.English Level
